Got a customer with 7400, wants ACD, has tried Braxtel but doesn't want employees having to manipulate computers to answer calls.

Anyone know of a product that will work with OfficeServ ??

Trivium seems to give results, not real-time.

He's enamoured with skills based routing.

Could you be a little more specific as to what the customer is looking for with Skills Based routing?
