Hi, I have to 2 DID program in a 7200-S going to the main day main menu. I want one to go to a different menu, in direct trunk I have program the DID to the second menu, but the system check the trunk number and not the DID, so it's always going to the main menu. Is there a way to program a sip trunk to always use the same sip trunk? As a bonus the client will be able to see on their phone, which trunk is going where. thanks

In your direct trunk menu change the input (under General Tab) to FWDID,instead of Trunk.

Yes, I try that, I did put all the number, maybe I need less number then the full ten digit ex: 5145555555

In activity log, I see the system still trying to use the sip trunk number... not the CID

Not sure on SIP but generally you only need the last 4 digits of the DDI
In 4.60 onwards you use all of the digits in svmi (Not svmi20e)
If you use Sip you usually get the entire number from the SP
