Hi Everyone,

I am sorry if this question has been asked before. I have been asked to look at a problem with a customer on a Samsung and I am sure it is something simple but I am very new to the Samsung product.

I have a client with a LAN to LAN VPN via Draytek routers and the extension on the remote site can connect and call setup is fine. The problem is they only have one way speech the caller can be heard but the phone user cannot.

The System is setup as follows:-
Main Site
Private IP Address 192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254
Draytek Router 192.168.2.1
OfficeServ 7100 IP Address 192.168.2.200
Local Handsets that work fine 192.168.2.xxx
Default gateway 192.168.2.1

Remote User Phone i3105
Private IP Address 192.168.3.1-192.168.3.254
Draytek 192.168.3.1
Remote Phone 192.168.3.201
Phone Gateway 192.168.3.1
Server IP 192.168.2.200

The VPN tunnel is up and I can ping between the sites and all devices and the phone connects but it is one way speech on all calls external or internal. I would appreciate any information that would help to resolve this issue.

Thanks,
Colin

In DM 5.2.8 you need to set the "local" lan´s like this

192.169.2.255
192.168.3.255

This is to make the system know that they are local and not public

What Stefan says only applies if you have private with public set on the system.

And you will only need to add the 192.168.3.255 as the 192.168.2.x is the local subnet of the system.
