Try to change the IP address on MMC 830. but right soft key doesn't move. can't not change the IP address. any idea? please help.

You will have to do a full factory default and re-program.
This is a known issue with certain versions of software

I think I changed one before by backing it up, change the database and upload or either I backed up, defaulted, changed IP with key set and uploaded eveything except 830.

Yes soft key works other MMC only 830 don't

I had the same problem. I ended up flipping the dip switch (but not rebooting cabinet) and it let me change the IP address. You can try that.
