I am trying to upgrade an OS7400 ver 446c to ver 470 because its failing to start call duration when dialed number is answered. everytime i select the upload file onto the Utility screen, it fails to upload. Can anyone send me an upgrade procedure that works.

You will need to make sure the bootrom is 1.02.
You can't upload any version higher then 4.46, you have to copy the files via a card reader

Are there any issues upgrading a 7200S V 4.53 to V 4.82?

The customer is interested in trying the WE VOIP

No issues.

Backup with DM, upload new files, reboot, restore DB.

We-VoIP doesn't work fully (no inbound calls to the client) on iPhone though.

Thank you Sir,

When you say no in-bound calls does that include Station to Station?

Yes, inbound calls to Wevoip on iOS is done via mobex from the system to the mobile number of the handset.

This is because the OS7000 doesn't support the iOS push service required to-do this (and likely never will)

The SCM does support this.

If you want station to station calls on iOS get a sip softphone (ie bria) and a 3rd party sip license on the system.
