I have OS7400 with ver.4.53b software. It is the only one that is able to start SMDR call duration timing after an outgoing call is answered on an analogue trunk. This would be PRS1 or 2. All the other software versions including 4.7 fail to initiate call duration counter, or they start prematurely whilst the call is ringing. How do I tackle this especially on 4.7 version series.
