I am experiencing an echo effect on all (3) ip phones on and internal network. the system is as 7100 with ver. 4.75. I have never had this on internal phones, I have on external which I found to be bandwidth. It does not seem to be a band width issue this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is the echo on ICM calls or external calls?
If external what type of lines do you have?
bot ICM and Outside call analog trunks The party on the other end hears the echo.
This is an issue that I've seen, and a couple of other dealers I've spoken to down here have seen also. Samsung ate unable to replicate this issue.
I will pm you the fix that has worked here. I've never seen it on icm calls though, only on pstn lines.
