I have an OS7200 PBX system, i connected a GSM terminal to trunk port to act as a co-line for my office but it shows no clip info when the gsm number is called. so i tried it on an OS7030 and did all the configuration that is MMC 414 to set cli trunk on, and mmc 110 to set ringing display on line 1 to CLI number first. is there any other thing i can do to get my caller ID showing?

Have you made trunks in mmc 425 to except cli

Try 312.It's hard to say exactly because you aren't in the same country as us but in North America you would need to look at
414 to set trunks
312 to allow stations

You will also need a rcm2 daughter card installed on the mp20 or mcp card, and have it configured for cid.

The os7200/os7400 don't have built-in cid decoders
