Hello all,

i have a 7100 MP10 running v4.46d. what version of IE do i need to program this voicemail? also i have been using DM to program it. which has been working fine for about a year but now it is all jacked up. wondering if anyone else has done this besides me? now i need to default the voicemail, cause it not following anything saved in the voicemail. forwarded mailboxes say they are forwarded, but they don't forward or forward to random peoples mailbox. i was wondering if i can just re-initialize the voicemail or should i just dump the whole system & reprogram? as far as i know the actual phone programming isn't having any issues. thoughts??

I've used DM as well since it came out for all systems. To connect to the voicemail with IE just run it in compatibility mode, click the gear in the upper right and hit compatibility mode view and add the IP of the system you are working on. The best way to initialize the VM is to delete the 7100 folder on the media card and reboot the system.
