Good Morning all my customer just called me all phones on display phone have this VER V2.0 and nothing is working is it fried? had some storms roll threw here

My first guess would be a power supply.

any recommendations where to purchase one ?

If you can solder they are fairly easy to repair.
Look at the top right side of the power supply and see if those 2 caps are bowed out.If they are (and I bet they are) replace them with 16V caps and you should be fine.Do a search here on the forum and you'll see it's a common OS100 616 problem

I've been taking my blown power supplies to a TV repair shop to have the capacitors replaced.

I can't solder worth a damn
