hi, Put a 8 trunkcard in 7200 slot1 done mmc802 install. when i dial 9 it shows All trunks out of service. It had an ISDN card which I removed previously. AS the school I am trying to help them to setup the phone do not need isdn.

Please help advise what I need to program.

Check the numbering in mmc724 for this card (slot1). Then check that you have same numbering under trunk group 9 in mmc 603

Hi I got the phone is ringing when dialed from outsing but there is no voice coming thru

If you put your test set in front of the line before the phone system and dial in, do you get audio both ways?
