Hello All and please excuse my ignorance of the subject...

We purchased a Samsung iDCS 28D system a couple of years ago and the technicians installed OfficeServ Device Manager 7100 on our systems. The company closed before our training could be complete and we are very small (only 2 people in the office). My problem is an employee that thought they knew what they were doing attempted to go into the program and reset the holiday dates for the coming year. They have completely wiped out the Ring Plans and our auto attendant no longer goes on or off when its supposed to.

This is what we need it to do

Auto Attendant to remain OFF M-F 830am to 500pm.
Auto Attendant to turn ON M-F 5pm to 829am.
Auto Attendant to remain ON Friday at 5 pm till Monday at 830am.

This is what its setup at right now. It won't kick over at night.

I've tried to contact other phone installers in the area and no one uses this system anymore in our area or that's what they say because they don't want to work on a system someone else installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The 0 in RP2 should be 17:00. Saturday and Sunday should be blank on RP1 and 08:00 to 07:59 for both day on RP2.
You really should set RP 1 to 00:00-23:59 for all days and then build the rest of the ring plans off of that. Samsung has always had issues if not done this way.
Then set your rp 2 to 8:29-16:59 for the days you want open. Then adjust your ring patterns to vm mode setting so rp 1 is vm mode 2 and rp2 is vm mode 1. I'll pm you the menu in a bit to make that change.
