If you can list what steps you have already taken it will help to narrow down what might be missing.
Are you testing this on your internal WiFi LAN or external? If External list the ports that you have forward as there is several required.
I am using only internal wi fi with tutorial license My PABX is Samsung OS7070 ver 4.92
Connect PABX to our lan
Assign IP to Samsung PABX,with Gateway & subnet mask
In MMC 830
Ip 192.168.1.99 (PABX IP)
G/W 192.168.1.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0
In MMC 875 (IP White List)
Entered all IP using by PABX & Cell Phone
192.168.1.99
192.168.1.4
MMC 740 (Station Pairing)
Promary Ext 201
Secondary Ext 202
My Cell phone is Samsung S3 with WE VoIP apps
Cell Ip is 192.168.1.4 (get this ip via DHCP)
Assign Provision Server IP on WE VoIP setup
internal Wireless LAN Used (Enabled in We VoIP Settings)
Registration Failed message coming on Cell Phone

Check out the other thread about wevoip it will help you.
The provision server in the app is the system ip address.
You will also need to create a sip extension for your wevoip client, and even though it's not used the extension must have a valid user id and password
Now I am able to call internally via my intenal office Wi Fi ,now how to connect to GSM provider .my cell phone is 3G enabled from GSM provider. do we need to keep wi fi on even i am out of office.
any idea

You can use it on 3g/4g.
You will need to do some port forwards to the system (usual MGI/MPS/RTG ports, and port 80)
set to private with public enter your public ip address
Then in the wevoip client settings make sure 3g is enabled and that should be it.
The client will auto detect if your using local wifi/ public wifi or 3g
For the public ip address (DO WE NEED TO GET STATIC IP FROM ISP
.
Thanks

I have a non-samsung android 4 phone and is rejecting to download the samsung wevoip client app. Is there any other VoIP client that I can use?

What message do you get? Not avaliable in your country? We had that prior to Samsung approved use in our country.
that's the exact message I am getting here and i thought another softphone would suffice whilst i wait for samsung to approve.
Any suggestions please?
For the meantime you can try using some other SIP client instead, but for this you need different license on PBX (SIP instead FMC). You can also try to find .apk installation file for WE Voip client.
