We just converted customer to SIP trunks
Time Warner also ported their fax line
We installed an SL module, setup for faxing.

Cust complaining about fax being slow both in and out.

Any solutions ?

Probably the SIP trunks slowing it down but try turning off ECM in the fax machine just in case.
Faxing over SIP, although better, is still not 100%. TW SIP trunks aren't going to help especially if they are the coax installs. Around here we have nothing but problems when they go with COAX, so far no issues on the fiber ones though.
