Have a SCMC and I'm having a issue with incoming calls, when it's answered the call has no voice then cuts of after 5 seconds out going is fine, it's the same with SBC on/off I have checked the port forwarding and they seem fine.
I have tried a office Serv and that works with no problems.
Sip alg is off on the router.

Also you can answer the phone fine using pickup but it then cuts off after 30 secs.

Any help is welcome.

Got this sorted in the end with changing what sip ports the SCM uses.
