I just inherited a DS616 that I've been asked to manage. I know there's a PCMMC software that you can use, but I haven't been able to find a copy to download/buy.

It's an R2 cabinet, because I have IDCS 28d phones.

Can anyone assist with that software?

I want to say the system is version 2.04 when I boot, but I'm not 100%.

Ver 2.04 is of the phone not system
pmcmmc is a doss program and they had different ones for vers

you would find out what ver you have in mmc 727

but finding the software good luck with that system is old now

Easier than the Pcmmc.

What you are looking for is called OfficeServ Manager or OSM.
I agree it's easier to program through a phone but the software allows a backup of the system programming to be done.You will need a cable to connect and the sio 3 card in the system.

Yeah, I have the programming guide and know a little about handset programming, but I'm a visual person, so the non-phone interface has always worked better for me.
