Hello to all out there in the phone world. For some strange reason my sip trunk routes to 500 no matter what I try so here is what I have done so far.

Set digits in the incoming calls DID table 3.2.3 using all options including wildcards. My Signal provider (floroute) says there sending 10 digits but even with just 10 still no change. I even tried changing in 3.2.1 no luck !!

Any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance

Have you asked your sip supplier how he has the trunks set up
have you country code ..like in uk 44 i773 6666666
or 01733666666 I would call your mobile see what digits your receiving
Oh, great suggestion !!! I will contact them and find out...

Try setting your SIP destination type in Carrier options to Request-URI and see if that helps. I've had a few carriers that don't put the destination in the header for some reason and this will fix it.

Called "from" system and noticed an extra "1" being sent. Shot to the incoming did table and used *+10digits and ITS WORKING

Thanks Gerrya for the inspiration !!!!
also thank you Genesiscomm for you suggestion. Ill put that one in my notes for future endeavors....

Cheers All
