Customer has a 7400 with PRI and Svmi20i. They have a DID going to a mailbox setup with email gateway. Faxes sent as .tif files. Works good for the most part but mailbox plays a default greeting which throws off some fax callers. Is there a way to send a fax tone or another way to set this up? Thanks.

Just record a second of silence or a message saying this is a fax service
