I have a couple of customers who have Officeserv phone systems. I am only a novice with these system, one of the customers who has a 7030 system has a divert setup for out of hours on call. They are able to divert to one of about 5 mobile phone numbers. Where in V5.01 of the device manager would I found the divert numbers if they need updating due to staff changes. Thanks in advance for all help received.
What you need to do do a divert on to a extn to mobile you might want to change timers then put extn in what ever mode your using day night etc and set it
Thanks for the pointer, would you need an extension number for each mobile you diverted to? Where in device manager do you setup / edit the divert numbers. I am a little more familiar with the installation tool and the numbers don't seem to coincide with device manager.
