Customer wants to use OS7400 as a intercom system as well. Looking at 240 DGP phones. Is it possible to page all the phones at once. Have not had this request before so not sure of the maximum.

No, you can only page a maximum of 99 handsets at one time.

Any reason overhead paging speakers can't be installed?

What type of environment: Office, Warehouse, Exterior, Combination? The three biggies in the industry Valcom, Viking and Bogen have solutions available. There are other companies out there as well that provide paging equipment.

Wired, Wireless, connected to phones or standalone. Also one-way, talk-back or perhaps combination.

All depends on that your customers needs are.

It's an old age home. Cost is a factor.

I mean, you can give them 3 different page buttons. To cover all the phones if you are installing 240 just have to break them all up.

Programming wise this "could " be done in software,But the newer systems just don't have the power supply needed to do it.That is the real limitation that the software is limiting it to 99 stations.More than that and the power supply can't handle the draw on it
