Hi there,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I recently took over management of my firm's OS7200 unit from my old phone systems provider.
This forum has helped a lot since I'm coming from the AsteriskPBX / ShoreTel / Cisco background.

We have OfficeServ 7200 with voicemail managed through SVMi-20i.
I set up Voicemail to Email functionality successfully through a dedicated Office365 account.

Question 1:
Is there a way through the Device Manager (or otherwise) to have the system 'process' all current voicemails in users' boxes and send these through email?

Question 2:
Is there a message expiry flag that can be set somewhere?
I know I can set the SVM to purge the message once sent (MMC 873, DM 2.2.17), but I'd rather not risk it in case connectivity to Office365 gets affected.
Setting an expiry flag of 7 days would allow people to review messages that may not have been sent by email.

Thanks in advance.
Question 1 - no, The system will retry automatically then give up after a certain period of time. I can't remember if the time is configurable or not. If there is a setting it'll be in mclass

Question 2 - yes. You need to adjust the message retention time in the mclass
Thanks nameless! I'll check out mclass and test to see if that can work.
Worst case scenario, I get to listen to 100-150 voicemails and jot down pertinent information one afternoon.
If you forward the message to the same mailbox the system treats it as a new message and will try to send it via email. You just then delete the original message (It will tell you that)
