Hello,

I have recently purchased an Officeserv 7200 with MCP card including RCM daughterboard and 8 TRK analog line card amongst others. I have two BT lines plugged into the TRK card and two VOIP lines from a Draytek router also plugged into the TRK card.
I am trying to get caller line ID working on the incoming phone lines, however I am finding that this works fine with my VOIP analog lines that come in, but not with the normal BT line (which does have caller ID enabled on the line and it works when you plug a caller ID phone directly into the incoming socket).

What am I doing wrong?
When a call comes in on the BT lines, what does the display show on the phones? Also do you have CID allow on all lines in trunk CID?
When calling on a BT Line it just shows:

Call for 501
701:

When calling on a Draytek Trunk Line it shows::

44XXXXXXXXXXXX (i.e. the caller line ID)
Call for 501

I do have CID allowed on all the trunk lines.

Try turning cid with mmc 425
Bought an MP20 card with 4.80 firmware and that works - MCP card must be too old to cope with BT caller line ID. Thanks for those that tried to help.
