I have OS 7070 V 4.81 on phone screen just SYSTEM HALTED
PCM SW INIT FAIL .
I make upgrade to V 4.99 the same issue
is there any way to overcome this issue

is that mean there is no way to fix this issue

It sounds like it would need to be sent in to the repair center for wherever you are located.
