We have several systems that on power reboot or lose of power the system time is defaulted. Does anyone have a part number or link as to where we can get a replacement supercap or a solution as to the time issue. Thanks
Old 7100 MP10 have super cap. Newer MP10a and MP20s do not. They have a very tiny lithium battery that will die after some time.

MP10 super cap - Digikey.com part number. 604-1166-ND (same as all the other samsung processor caps)

The MP10a and MP20s need to be connected to the internet and the NTP server set in order to "pull" the correct time and date.

Does anyone have know of a place I can get the lithium battery replaced? Telesource wants $200.00 to replace the battery on the MP10a and 276.00 for the mp20s. A bit much for a small lithium battery change out. Also a 2-3 week turn around.
Is that the same memory capacitor that's in the DCS? We still have a few running. I replaced one on a system we had in stock to test and give to another tech. Found out I didn't need to - later saw a jumper to enable the battery!
