Customer has a 7100. tried to remotely reprogram in DM the DS keys in 722. Able to change but when I save and go back in, the keys revert to their original setup. I'm betting If I use KMMC on site it will work. Thanks.
Just curious, how are you gaining remote access? I had a client that would only let me in with a Skype for Business connection and I couldn't make any changes that way either. I could only guess it had something to do with certain ports that may have been blocked?
IT vendor set up port forwarding on the router to the IP of the phone system. Been working OK for a few years until now. All other programming holds. I did a little checking. I had another customer with the same s/w 4.63 and they had the same issue. Never got resolved because they went to voip.
I'm thinking upgrade to 4.99?
