I just wanted to double check with some of the Officeserv experts here. If the MP40 failed to boot up, and the RUN light, and MC light showed solid red. It means the processor card is faulty right? I tried change the SD card, but it still failed to boot up with red light on both status. Please advise, thank you!

Found customer has v4.92 software, and it won't boot with the same software version, but I was able to make the PBX boot up with a different version of software. Strange!
