Samsung OS7100 cannot register itp-5107s phone. What is system:KP??

SYSTEM: KP displayed on phone screen during registration is ok, few seconds later, phone should register successfully. If not, check if another phone is registered on the same user ID. Is it in local LAN network or remotely?

What version of software? If 4.70 or higher then check the ip whitelist
