Greeting Inmates

I have a 7200s with SIP trunks. We are transferring calls to people at Home and on Cell phones.
Getting disconnection after awhile Intermittently. No details yet like duration of calls.
Wondering if there is an unsupervised transfer timer. ie Does the system disconnect after a certain duration
Check MMC 501 also anything that might apply in 210.

Tried adjusting CO/CO disconnect timer, it has no effect on SIP to SIP calls. Still hoping for something specific
Getting disconnected at a little over 15 minutes consistently
What is your session timer set to in your sip server settings?

Just so you know we have analyzed the packets, The Samsung is hanging up the call.
Session expire time 1800 seconds Also tried 180 which made no difference
What kind of firewall are they using? Did they ever have this trouble before on long calls over 15 minutes? Also what is your Trunk reg exp timer set to?

Firewall is the dreaded sonicwall...However they do have excellent diagnostics and we have confirmed it is not dropping packets
Trunk reg time is 1800 seconds
