Voice Mail backup does not load - 07/22/22 09:09 PM
I have a Samsung Officeserv 7030.
I have backed up the voicemail configuration, and used this backup with no problems several times in the past (after initializing the system and the voicemail).
However, I now made an initialization of the system by pressing the reset button of the cabinet system. I also initialized the VM through the web management.
In the restore process, I have the following issue:
The system backup is restored OK and it works as before. But although the VM backup is uploaded successfully and the system restarted, the VM keeps the default configuration and not that of the backup.
Any help on this?
