Have to replace a MP20s , got it upgraded and installed but there is no audio either way when calling voice mail, was wondering if some one knows, could it be defectice

Hy, the mp20s is the same board as mp10a, only the pcb coding and cpld code is different.
The handling from 7100 to 7200s is not extreme differing.
So you can use the same procedure for replace.

When i replace or update mp10a i use everytime fresh mlc or slc based cards.
The write requests from the integrated svmi demage over the time patical the flash cards, when the writes are high.

You can import the backup DB, after this you can init the vms and check.
When its work you can import the vms backup.
When after import this the vms not work, its possible for problem in old importet data.

its MOH working over the svm ?
Its easy check for working general and the DSP channel can genarate audio.
