Today, at least SOME history of the light bulb's progress can be given to Canadians Henry Woodward and Mathew Evans for their work in 1874. I looked at that auction listing in ebay and it does not say "plenum" and it does not say "cat5e". It says in several places that this is TELEPHONE wire. The auction title says it is four pair, but the description says it is four wires! Caveat emptor.

Actually the picture of the label does say cat5e. And it says it's designed for plenum ceilings, NFPA 90A
