Dear All:

i have an AT&T MPLS VPN to extend.

AT&T has terminated circuit to side of building and need to run circuit about 100 feet away to cabinet (wire needs about 150').

they have 2 RJ45 jacks at POE. should i just be running a single cat5 cable to a cisco 1861 router in cabinet? that is what it looks like to me.

You probably have one of those "pregnant" interface boxes. The 2 jacks will be configured RJ48C and RJ48S. Install your cable and connect to the RJ48C position or you could make yourself a long patch cord and connect the cisco. When the alarm clears and CD goes green you've got it right!
