The vendor just released a new upgrade version.
It has more bug fixes and some minor enhancements.
Usually I like to wait a bit to see if there are any new introduced bugs before implementing.
So in a couple of weeks I will upgrade the site.

When I hear about a computer bug it makes me think of the book "The Innovators" by Walter Isaacson when talking about Grace Hopper's time at Harvard working on the Mark II computer.

One night the machine conked out, and the crew began looking for the problem. They found a moth with a wingspan of four inches that had gotten smashed in one of the electromechanical relays. No problem!

The value of having people to commiserate with that know what I am even talking about is worth the price of admission.

The Information I have gained over the years has been invaluable to me.

But, Is it me or does every page load super slow now?

For example, on the previous post,
I hit submit but saw a typo.

I had time to EDIT a typo AND add a word before it went.

I'm on a 90M pipe so I am wondering if everyone else has noticed this?

I also notice the slow load time recently (often around 5 seconds); it's been quite a few years since I was more active on the site. It looks like the "Shout Chat" on the side is one of the last things to load - maybe that's what's slowing it down?
