I am a computer consultant who got in over his head with a telecom project.

The project was to add voicemail/auto attendant features to a ComDIAL DSU phone system (model GO408, software ver 18A).

An Aleen VME-4000 4-port vmail system was purchased and installed. Auto attendant works fine, transfer to extension sometimes works, call forwarding to voicemail after no answer never works.

Client is in Dover, DE.
more DSU system specs
- GM408 added to total out at 8x16
- has only 6 stations in use
- (2) ATI-D's were installed to convert (4) digital ports to analog

Bottom line: I want to pay someone to come out and finish the programming to make it work, or I will have to buy back the project from my client.

Is there anyone who could handle this?

Ben - Check out the INSTALLERS link at the top of this page. There is a Comdial dealer in Bear, DE. Thats about 40 miles North of Dover. I'd give them a call.
Thanks for your response. I had seen that contact- however, the phone number listed does not ring to that company. Must have the wrong number listed.

Which company has a wrong #?
I'll fix it.
BTronics Corp in Bear, DE seems to have the wrong number listed.

When I called yesterday, the person who answered confirmed it wasn't BTronics. I double-checked the number I called.

When I called earlier today, the call rings to voicemail, but the number announced on the voicemail isn't the number I called.
Thanks for the info. I'll get it fixed.
