Is it possible to copy the total hard drive? I tried using ghost, but no luck... Any ideas?

According to ESI, it is proprietary formatting, so in short, no.

I'm curious whether or not you had any luck finding a way to do it.

I would also be interested in hearing about that although we like to stick with proprietary equipment for obvious reasons. This is another reason we are moving away from Avaya their contracts and proprietary equipment costs are ridiculous.

Why would you want to? For the VM Recordings? or just the Data?

Neither really. I need to clone the hard drive to repair another cabinet needing a hard drive.
