I have a client that is getting a quote for a 3COM NBX system to replace his current system.
I have been invited to provide a quote for an ESI system.
I know nothing about the 3COM and I need to be able to compare apples to apples.
How does it measure up to the ESI on features, price, stability. What are 3COM's weak spots?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
It will be a big sale, about 200 phones.

if you are an ESI dealer contact your rep, they can run you a comparison. On top of that they are different platforms. Use your demo kit and give them a great demo and you should suceed if you are price competative.

If you simply compare the phones ESI will blow away 3com.
