Just got an e-mail from ESI about their New Product Roll Out on Sept 18th.

So, what do you think we will be getting. I am hoping for an digital/analog device to connect through the network. I have a Church Campus that could use a few PM Readers but are only connected with Local IP Phones through fiber.

More/better bundle pricing.

Free T-Shirts

I have already signed up.

Our office signed up too. It better be something great. IMO

Pricing needs to come down

Better Bundles

Elimiate or Reduce the 6 price schedules

Get me some real third party integration

Give me a Holiday Table

Networked PM readers would be nice

They need to really focus on making the Comm Server a true network appliance that also has voice capabilities.

All cabinets rack/wall mountable

Call Center Apps would be nice

Enhanced Conference bridge would be nice

We need some integrated video

New phone design WITHOUT desi labels

Smaller IP phones other than 48 BTN.

Give us online ordering of parts

Other than that I am very happy with the system and the support.

It's "very" possible you might see IP RFID Readers.
You already know about the ASC Card with Mobile Messaging and SMDR.
There are more Applications for the ASC that are in BETA which could be something to do with Video, or even All Call Recording.
Don't look for anything free, including T-shirts.
All Comm Servers 200, 600, & 1000 are Rack/Wall Mountable.
What about the ACD does not work in Call Center App?
Don't know about the smaller IP Phones but you might look for Full Duplex models.
Not sure your reason for the Price Schedule change but I like it myself. It helps to motivate the sales for me.
I too would like the prices to come down.

Good stuff - now they are moving in the right direction!

We still need third party application development:IMO
