I have a 128+ system that I can't quite figure out night programming.
The installer instructions make it easy to program the day branches, but how about night? What ID's do I use? I currently have a recording on ID 2, and some branches set up as 21, 22, etc but they don't work.

Also, during the day the operator's phone is getting strange rings... and every time she picks up, there is no one there. So far it's pretty random and I can't repeat. I currently have the "0" set to ring a group in the front office, so it's not users pressing zero. Any ideas?

The CO programming makes differences in day and night. You may also have the auto switching set incorrectly. The date and time can affect this as well.

There are day and night greetings for all IDs. You may use the same ID and have a different greeting for day and night. Or, you may use different IDs, but you need to check your greetings to see if they reflect the proper menus.

You need to check the day NA and night NA paths for the IDs as well as they can be programmed to go someplace different.
