I have a church with a 50L(latest release) that has 12 each 24 key phones. When a phone receives or makes a call the red message light flashes like a message. Only way to extinghish the light is to unplug phone or power down 50L. It's not a message because the voicemail key doesn't flash. I am not the tech...just relaying message...... Any ideas? Could it be something to do with call logging?

I had the same thing happen one a 50 a couple of weeks ago, I re-inialized and reloaded the programing minus the numbering plan changes, this system had some changes to the flexible numbering plan that another company did instead of moveing the jumper they moved it that way. Not sure if that had anything to do with it or not

Latest release? Do you know exactly what software it is running, because there was a bug that did exactly what you are saying. The latest is 11.5.53.1013 ( soon to be 11.5.54.2)
