I have an ESI 100, when I hit # Zero- I just get a busy signal-
Any thoughts on what might be causing that? Never had that one before-
The only time I have ever seen that is if all extensions are in use or in DND. Or if there is only 1 station!
odd- nope- 8 phones, none on DND and not in use.
First thing to do is a power down, wait 30 seconds and power back up. Next, if that does not resolve the problem, call ESI tech support and have the tech there look at the traps. I have seen some mysterious data corruption occur especially if there has been momentary power loss which does not allow the system to completely power down. I can usually resolve those kinds of problems with a UPS.

Hey guys- thanks for all the replies. This client was about 2 hrs away, so I was walking their receptionist through resetting the system, had her set up a new page zone, nothing worked.
Found out after about 3 hrs troubleshooting, they had all changed their outside dial preference to none. So, I had her create a new programmable button for paging and it is working like a champ-
Have a great day all-
