Sometime after rebooting our phone systems, we noticed the display area of every phone on our network no longer displays how many lines are currently in use. There used to be little boxes that lit up telling you if someone was currently on the other line. I found the section in the manual that discusses the line usage information, and that the display would depend on whether you are using two or three-line display, and how many phones lines are on the network. It's as if it's supposed to display this information by default, because i have no idea how to toggle this feature, and therefore I can't re-enable it. I'm thinking I may have to reboot the phone system for it to kick back in, but that wouldn't be ideal because of the office downtime situation. Any thoughts on how to approach this?
IS it PRI lines?
The last time I saw this, changing the line group of the lines and then changing them back to the correct line group fixed it.
This was on a 256 on PRI.
My bad, it is a 128x system.
You write your network. Are you ESI-Linkeed to another ESI?
