The ESI-50 has two onboard analog extensions. Connect any cordless phone you like. The digital cordless is a bit more expensive, but is very stable and uses system features a bit more easily than a standard analog phone.

The cordless headset has to connect to something. A SIP headset, but you need the headset and a license, neither of which are what could be called cheap. You could license a soft phone to a PC and connect a cordless headset to that, but once again licensing comes into play.If you don't want to cobble something together, the digital cordless is your best bet.
