We just bought pc programmer for Adix version 3.0.18
One of our APS systems was programmed with version 3.2
Anyone know where I can get version 3.2?

If you want the Adix PC programmer, you must be an authorized dealer. Then, you can download it from their secure site.

So how is it that we were able to buy pc programmer 3.0.18 for $199 ( we are not a dealer)
"Anything" is for sale, if people are willing to pay extravagant amounts of $. As a dealer, the programmer costs us nothing. You are paying a very large markup.

I could care less about the markup. I need to backup the databases on our 7 adix phone systems, so I need this software.
"extravagent amounts" are what I pay dealers to re-program an entire syste.(I assume XConeect meant extravagant)
go to Iwatsu web site, and contact them, they may help, but doubtful, they will probably only give you admin rights.... as xconnect stated, you need to be an authorized dealer, where did you find the other version?
