Excuse me for my ignorance, first phone system I have ever had to work on

We have an IWATSU ADIX with version 8.13 I believe on the system and I am using version 4.1.2299 for the programming software from IWATSU.

I am having difficulty finding where to set it up to where just one extension is denied from making long distance calls 24x7.

Any help you all can give would be much appreciated. Also if you need more info please let me know and I will get you what I can.

This can be involved, but here are the basics if you can connect with the Programmer:

Toll Restrictions
Class 10.23
*Toll (Day) = 1
*Toll (Night) = 1

Class 6.2 - 6.3
*To make restrictions, go to Outgoing Calls, Toll Restriction Plan Table (Click on Toll Restriction Plan Table to show Restriction Dial Table.)
