I have an extension that I can not intercom or transfer to. I have changed the port, the handset and I even checked to make sure they were not in different intercom groups. Adix is not my specialty so any help would be greatly appreciated. I even changed the pair on the cable, just to see, but no dice.

Can you call FROM this extension?

What happens when you try to transfer? Try calling the extension in question from a display phone and watch the display. It may give you a clue as to what's wrong.

Is the hold button lit red? If so, press the hold button while the phone is idle and turn off Do Not Disturb.

If you can give us a lttle more info it would be helpful.
