We have a Version 3.2 pc programmer. Our local installer has moved on and his replacement is absolutely terrible. We are familar with the setup and programming but it appears that the user name the installer created has limited access. There must be a master password that we can use to adjust settings. Can anybody assist us or point us in the right direction. We refuse to call the new guy out as everytime he leaves something else doesn't work.

Just a thought, but if you are making your own programming changes, you need to do a fresh download after the tech comes on site and makes programming changes. The tech must also do a fresh download when he comes on site, so his programmer profile for your system will be updated with any changes that you may have made since the last time that he was there. I have seen this happen a few times, where I would go onsite and make a change using my laptop. Then the IT person would use their programmer to make changes, but would not do a download of the system programming before making changes. I am not saying that this is what happend in your case, but I want to make sure that you understand.
