We have a MOH card but don't know how or what to use to connect it to an audio system, any recommendations would be great.
Also when you are on hold it's totally silent, is there not a way to have it "beep" to let people know we are still there?
We had this installed by a company who seem vague on these issues.

Thanks in advance.

It connects with a standard line cord, you can plug it into a biscuit jack and then wire a cord on the screw terminals to your audio source.

Welcome to the Forum!

The pinout for the Iwatsu VS system is pins 4 & 5 used for backround music, and pins 3 & 6 used for music on hold. If you use a line cord to biscuit jack as Jeff suggested, connect the black and yellow wires inside the jack to your audio source. It will depend on what jack you use, but black & yellow are commonly pins 3 & 6. Programming is most likely set for music on hold, but this may also require a programming change. Most systems are left at default for the music on hold parameter.
