Our firm has IX12KTD-2 system. On the display, we are a day behind. Time is correct. I know how to change the time but not the day.

That is actually the phone you are describing (twelve button generation 2 digital phone), not the system. This is probably an Iwatsu APS or VS. Both of these require the date to be changed either from the software Programmer, or by accessing phone programming using a key overlay. If it is an ECS, the date must be changed through the programmer and cannot be done with the phone.

Where is your installer? They should be able to assist you with this.

The installer is local. I thought I could change the day, but was just missing something in the manual. I will make contact with them.
The phone is Omega-Phone ADIX APS.

If you are a day behind... change the time to 11:59PM (23:59) and wait a minute and let the date roll over on its own. Then reset the clock to the correct time. Not exactly a pretty way to do it.. but it works!
