We are having a problem with our Iwatsu system with an Omega Voice VMI card where a voice-mail will be repeated until the mailbox is full.

From what I've been told this usually seems to happen when the person picks up the phone just as the message is tranferred to voicemail, but it has also occurred when nobody was in the office.

So far this is something that happens about twice a month.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so do you have a solution?

Verify that a valid 'After Message Left' menu exists in the vmail System Integration >General tab. Menu 995 is default.
