ADIX 3 IX-12ELK-3 24 button phone. Looking for information on how to program the lamps on the extension buttons to match the programming for the extension's setup on these buttons. We have re-formatted the buttons due to restructuring of employees and now the lamps do not match the extension buttons. I am hoping this is not a global setting as not all phones are setup with the same extension presets. Any help would be greatly appreciated, our system support is a little lacking on sharing any of the finer details of working with this system.

Are you talking about the DSS keys (one touch buttons)for the phones? If this is what you are talking about you will need to program the buttons with the PC programmer. Or you can "re-label" the phones.

If you are talking about the green LED at the top of the phone that is programmed to respond to a specific button in C.O.S.
